Better took over my membership and since then the monthly fee has been increased by 25% each year over the last 2 years. I have repeatedly complained to them about this as it's simply unsocial from a charitable organisation. Better however have not taken any steps to support members better financially. So for me they're not a charitable organisation, which is a real shame as there is so much potential for their leisure centres but the members and their concerns sadly aren't prioritised.
