I ordered a toilet with a premium Saturday delivery for nearly £80. Instead, the delivery person called me at 7:35 AM, stating he would leave the items inside the building. When I asked why he couldn't use the lift to bring the heavy packages to my door, he said their delivery wasn't insured for that. I had to go down and carry the heavy items myself, which was quite difficult and may have even caused me some back pain. My weekend sleep was completely disrupted. This has been the worst delivery experience I've ever encountered, and I won't order from them again.
