New to better bathrooms must say I am not disappointed. Selection and pricing are keen, so far quality seems on par with other retailers. Delivery was prompt , as it should be with a £49 delivery charge.
CS are on the whole effective and prompt to reply if you have a problem, special mention goes to Jade who put a hurry on my return / replacement of an item damaged in shipping.
Pick up and replacement once arranged was next working day 700-1000 slot which is good by shipping standards , the delivery drivers were waiting outside my home at 06:45 when I got up. They were friendly , cheerful and professional.
I have used this company several times and have found their prices and delivery to be great.
Items always arrive in perfect condition and in a timely manner.
My only criticism is they allow you to chose a delivery date at the time of ordering, which they then ignore.
The bathroom unit and sink arrived damaged upon opening. My request for a replacement was denied. This has been very disappointing and has impacted our limited budget. I will not be using this service again.
I ordered a toilet with a premium Saturday delivery for nearly £80. Instead, the delivery person called me at 7:35 AM, stating he would leave the items inside the building. When I asked why he couldn't use the lift to bring the heavy packages to my door, he said their delivery wasn't insured for that. I had to go down and carry the heavy items myself, which was quite difficult and may have even caused me some back pain. My weekend sleep was completely disrupted. This has been the worst delivery experience I've ever encountered, and I won't order from them again.
We ordered a fixed shower screen, but it was delivered with an incorrect fitting that made installation impossible. After spending hours on the phone, we were promised callbacks from managers that never happened. The most frustrating part was having to repeat our complaint after waiting in the queue for over 40 minutes, only to be disconnected. This has been the most disorganized customer service experience I've ever encountered. I recommend avoiding this company if you want to keep your sanity.
