We ordered a fixed shower screen, but it was delivered with an incorrect fitting that made installation impossible. After spending hours on the phone, we were promised callbacks from managers that never happened. The most frustrating part was having to repeat our complaint after waiting in the queue for over 40 minutes, only to be disconnected. This has been the most disorganized customer service experience I've ever encountered. I recommend avoiding this company if you want to keep your sanity.
