New to better bathrooms must say I am not disappointed. Selection and pricing are keen, so far quality seems on par with other retailers. Delivery was prompt , as it should be with a £49 delivery charge.
CS are on the whole effective and prompt to reply if you have a problem, special mention goes to Jade who put a hurry on my return / replacement of an item damaged in shipping.
Pick up and replacement once arranged was next working day 700-1000 slot which is good by shipping standards , the delivery drivers were waiting outside my home at 06:45 when I got up. They were friendly , cheerful and professional.
