Worst retail experience of my life. Ordered a full ensuite, about 25 items from shower to towel rail, toilet etc etc. decent prices etc. 2 weeks later, 2 pallets arrive, wrong order completely. Then a pullavah of phone calls, emails etc. two pallets stacked high left sitting at my door in the meantime. Took another week for a pickup to be arranged. Refused to send my correct order in the meantime, holding me hostage until they got their goods back. Then sent out a small courier van , so small the two high pallets wouldn't fit in! Took another 2 weeks to arrange for a proper uplift. I waited until this went back. In the meantime, my "case handler" ( what a joke) promised me my actual order was all sitting ready and would be despatched as soon as they got confirmation the courier had uplifted the wrong order from me.
No. I was then told that was wrong information, my order would only be picked when ready to ship. Then another few days and another email. 3 items now out of stock. So I wait another lot of days. They come back in to stock. So I prompt again to get the order delivered. No. Actually now one of the items is on back order. I cancel that item. Eventually my order gets packed and I receive it today. I ordered January and finally got it today almost 2 weeks in to March. Never again. Their customer service is shocking. I had to cancel a plumber and tiler . I also had two massive pallets of appliances over 6 foot tall and over 150kgs each left at my door for weeks on end. As I had opened to check the order, I then had to order plastic wrap film at my own cost to weather proof the pallets from the elements. It poured with rain for weeks and Better Bathrooms didn't give a damn. I emailed my concern about these items getting damaged or stolen, they never responded to my concern. Of course I would have been held responsible for any damage. If I had have lived in a terraced street what would I have done?? I only eventually got action by directly emailing the Chief Executive at the parent group, but even then the support I got was woeful. I had to chase everything. Products look decent enough and prices were good, but I would not order again from this lot, if something goes wrong you are in for a hell of a time with them. One of the response emails had the audacity to refer to me as a VIC Very Important Customer. I would dread to think the service I would have got if I was just an ordinary customer. Shambles.
