This is a rating based on buying a full bathroom suite which was installed just over 3 years ago. The only item we've not had an issue with is the toilet!
Shower: Very difficult to clean the tray and enclosure. Holder for showerhead has disintegrated recently. Screen comes off its rails constantly - a huge danger of falling and collapsing glass sheets around the kids. The waste forms a weird vacuum and we have to lift out the plug or else water does not drain and the tray floods.
Bath: Waste pipe has disconnected itself, letting a bath full of water drain through our kitchen ceiling. It's a back to wall bath so we're going to have to destroy the tiles and/or floor to fix this.
Sink: Basin waste disintegrated in less than a year. Better Bathrooms offered to replace it but I insisted on them paying a plumber to refit (as per consumer rights) and they refused. They eventually just starting ignoring me. I had a new baby so didn't have the energy to keep fighting or refer to a consumer watchdog.
Overall I found everything looked fine initially but has proved to be really low quality, and I desperately wish I'd spent more from a different company for even marginally better quality. I thought this would be a step up from Victorian Plumbing but in my experience it has been worse.
