The adjustable weights are a dangerous and bad product. Weights seem/look/feel clicked-in but aren't and literally will go flying midway through a workout. They're clunky and don't work well. Returning them is very challenging and expensive. Would absolutely not recommend this product and really wish I had bought a weight tower instead.
Better body academy was not for me and I wasted 2.5k for a 6 month program. Instead of losing weight i gained 5kg!It also caused me medical concerns that fortunately my cardiologist insisted I get off the program ASAP and back to my 1200 calorie Mediterranean diet.Within a month of going back to my original diet, I lost the weight.I’m in 2 minds of I should lodge a claim to the small claims court as I follows the program to a T.I did not get any results I paid for
After paying more than $3,000 on equipment, they refused to send my order. After 3 weeks of fighting and then refusing to send what was already paid for and after confirming that they had received the money, I was forced to cancel the order and order from a real fitness store. They told me it would take 2 weeks to refund my order, and then they took more than a month to refund. Stay away from this company.
I am very happy with the adjustable dumbbells. The quality is excellent. The delivery of the stand was late and I had some minor issues putting it together. That said, they responded to my issues quickly and everything was resolved.
This place is a joke. When I placed my order it said it would be delivered in two weeks. After two months of delays and contact with customer service, it appeared that I was never going to receive the equipment. So I requested a refund which they said I'll receive in two weeks. It's been 6 weeks and still no refund issued. I'm now forced to file a claim with my credit card. This place is great taking orders, but can't fufill them. Complete scam and would not recommend to anyone.
The dumbbells and storage rack arrived on time and with no damage. The packing job was superb. There was a minor issue--a missing plastic cap--but the folks at Better Body were quick and courteous in sending the missing item. I was highly impressed by the quality of the product and the customer service.
Better Body's equipment and customer service are the best. I ordered a few of their products and will order more. The Better Body E-Z Curl Bar was not stocked due to popular demandand I waited patiently. The staff members reached out to me and assured me that the product was on its way. I received my item at the time stated. I highly recommend this company for its quality products and excellent customer service.
