As other reviewers have stated, they claim item is on “pre-order” and are constantly pushing back shipping dates on their website. Then, when you inquire about it, they act as if you’re the incompetent one that can’t read the website appropriately. They charge the money upfront and are happy to take your money and act as if it’s completely normal to take 1K from someone with just a promise that you’re on the pre-order list. It’s been 2.5 months and I have nothing from them, but they have my money. When I called, the rep said they only get 20 units at a time from their supplier and don’t get enough to fulfill the demand. If you can’t get the equipment from your supplier, then stop selling the equipment!! Either this is a total scam (likely) or just really poor business management. Heed my advice, and the other reviewers here, and buy your gym equipment elsewhere.***Also noteworthy, 2 of the 5-star reviews come directly from the co-owners of this company themselves. Speaks to the ethical mentality of this company if you ask me.
