Signed up for their subscription with the intention of advancing my writing for the resume. Something worked originally, but I want to stress out that they are just effective on the template design, not really about content improvements. At least NOT FOR ME.
Furthermore, after 5-6 days, they started charging, again, with very little acknowledgment from the 1st payment (wanna stress out the fact that the second charge came only after 5-6 days, so litterally it was a trick/fraud from the beginning)
And to end up things so tragically for me (and others), they designed a cancellation popup that mislead the users into clicking for the last payment bait (yes you are tricked, again).
I'm also working in tech, this way of user flow design is both misleading and very demeaning to the user experience. I have low hope of getting my money back, but still hope for others to look for better product(s) for this sort of service.
