It's literally a scam. I cancelled the 7-day free trial, but auto updated to subscription. Then I went to the website again to cancel and delete the account, the website sneakingly download pdf to tell me that I purchased the pdf file. it's literally a scam. SHOULD BE BANNED!!

I contacted on the website through email, but it keep saying nonrefundable. I hope any major credit brands ban this company. I sent an email to this address too, but it says nonrefundable even though there is no activity except when I came back to cancel the subscription and delete the account after my trying to cancel the trial...
