Like the other poor reviews, my frustration lies within the billing and customer service.
After being assured on the phone that I would not be charged after cancelling during the trial period, I received 2 auto deductions in the following months.
"Customer service" hides behind T&Cs and offers no solutions beyond "we will send an email on your behalf." The email doesn't help and doesn't allow for further communication. Basically you are cut off from further attempts.
