***UPDATED, SEE BELOW****Disappointed to say that I feel like I have been massively let down. I've used Better Health online a few times and always been impressed with the service but sadly not this time. I placed an order on Monday and have heard nothing since. I usually get an update on my order within a few hours but I have heard nothing this time and I am coming increasingly concerned that I have been ripped off. I have messaged them through the website but heard nothing back, almost as though they have shut down but are still taking peoples money. Hopefully I can update this post with positive news but I don't hold much hope of that.UPDATE... I have now been sent my order. I still didn't hear anything from them updating me on its progress, the only way I found out that it was on its way was due to a text from Royal Mail. I don't know why betterhealthonline have stopped updating customers with the progress of their order. They used to be very good at it.
