Past experience was really good

Past experience was really good, fast shipping and good customer service with item tracking,.Strangely now though their website is down, I have rang them and it is a voice answerphone asking you to leave a message and they will get back to you.

I placed an order which was handled very poorly. The pharmacy took 4 days to process it, which then was incorrectly delivered by Royal Mail on the basis that my address didn’t exist. It then took another week to reprocess my order and I am still yet to receive it. There were no attempts made to fix the problem any faster. I was simply told to wait.Will not be using again

Taken my money but no response from them

***UPDATED, SEE BELOW****Disappointed to say that I feel like I have been massively let down. I've used Better Health online a few times and always been impressed with the service but sadly not this time. I placed an order on Monday and have heard nothing since. I usually get an update on my order within a few hours but I have heard nothing this time and I am coming increasingly concerned that I have been ripped off. I have messaged them through the website but heard nothing back, almost as though they have shut down but are still taking peoples money. Hopefully I can update this post with positive news but I don't hold much hope of that.UPDATE... I have now been sent my order. I still didn't hear anything from them updating me on its progress, the only way I found out that it was on its way was due to a text from Royal Mail. I don't know why betterhealthonline have stopped updating customers with the progress of their order. They used to be very good at it.

Faultless customer service excellent medications

These guys the best in the business with timely replies to any questions and a qualified Doctor to oversee the safe dispensing of excellent quality medicines. Shout out too to the pharmacy who check all is in order. Thank you to all at Betterhealth.

Website down after my order approved

Great customer service until website went down on Friday after my order was approved. Now I have no idea if my order has been dispatched, yet money has been taken from my bank. Have contacted Michael in customer service and had no response. Feel really let down now and can only hope, like others here that my order will still arrive.

Quick and efficient website

Had the medication I wished to purchase, after a consultation my medication was approved in a matter of hours. Package was tracked and arrived within 2 days. Excellent service and I will definitely be ordering from this website again. :-)
