Made an order in November that said complete but nothing arrived. I was told to order again so I did about 3 weeks later and lucky I checked my bank statement as 2 payments came out. I did receive the tablets ONCE, but getting my money back for the tablets I never got was a nightmare. The bank has stepped in and given my money back, but the company still can't explain what happened.
