I ordered a basic hearing aid and later upgraded to a better version. I received the initial product but was charged for the upgrade without receiving any shipping confirmation or the product itself. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, all I received was a suggestion to track my shipment, which I had no information for. I haven't heard back from them in a while.
