I ordered hearing aids after watching their promotional video, which stated they could be returned for a refund if unsuitable. Unfortunately, the aids didn't fit, so I requested a return. Instead of helpful responses, I received offers to keep the aids for a reduced refund. After realizing I might not get a full refund, I reluctantly accepted a much smaller amount. I'm now out nearly £70 with aids I can't use. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
