I purchased a pair of "Better Hearing " aids after having read the Advert on Google. I expected my order to be sent from the advertising company Ozzi Home based in Shirebrook Notts here in the Uk. No, I expect having taken their cut, merely pass your order to a company in China who despatch the aids to you.If you find the aids unsuitable and wish to return themguess what? one has only one option but to return them to China. The aids themselves seem well made but how reliable? only time will tell. A bit of a scam I think. My advice, do not fall for Ozzi Home's gleaming advert on Google. I returned them to the Ozzi Home address in Shirebrook and guess what?they have simply returned the aids back to me.David Murgatroyd Dorset.
