Paid $186.00 to include the upgrade. Hearing aids received fine and well packed. Opened VERY carefully to preserve any packing. I have poor hearing but the advertised guarantee seemed OK. Having tried the aids for a week or so (and well within the 90 day guarantee) I was not satisfied because they were actually worse than my current NHS aids. On contacting the company I was informed that the guarantee would NOT apply because I had opened them!!! The company offer $10 as a "goodwill compensation" and stated that I did not need to return them at my expense. They then raised their offer to $58.00. DO NOT EXPECT ANY GUARANTEE TO BE HONOURED BY THIS COMPANY! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THESE AT ALL!
