Poor experience with my hearing aid order

I initially ordered the basic hearing aid and later upgraded to a higher model. While I received the first one, my card was charged for the upgraded version. I never received an email confirming shipment, nor did I get the product. I reached out multiple times for assistance, but all I received was a suggestion to track the shipment, which I had no information on. I haven't received any updates from them lately.
