In mid March of 2026 I tried to get "help" through this betterhelp. I have never seen a therapist because when I explained I could not do Fri - Monday, they keep sending me appointments for those days, I tried to get the point through to no avail. They do not listen, once they are in your pocket the ears do not hear you. Terrible customer service, terrible listeners, go away, just go away and give me back my $175.50 for services not rendered.
