I am extremely disappointed with this delivery service. The appliance was not delivered within the promised timeframe, without any valid explanation. Even worse, there was absolutely no respect for the customer — no phone call, no message, no update to inform me about the delay.I had to chase them myself just to get information, and even then, the responses were vague and unprofessional. When you order a household appliance, you organize your schedule around the confirmed delivery date. Failing to respect the deadline without any communication is simply unacceptable.This company shows a complete lack of seriousness, professionalism, and customer respect. I absolutely do not recommend this service.
