If there was a star for no rating I would have given that . Very very poor service for Forbes water purifier . The customer service centre doesn’t know anything , they don’t know how to treat emergencies. I had a chat with the team personnel of Forbes , Sijjin - the most clueless person I have met . Kept repeating the same thing as if it was recorded and did not listen to customer grievance . Has the management changed in the last few months ? Very very very very poor .
