The worst customer service we have ever experienced @ Betterlife - purchased a cooler fridge early January- Betterlife sent their installers to install the cooler and had to come back a second time as it was installed incorrectly causing the cooler to get a self fracture after 2 weeks - the door is completely shattered and poses a danger to the family as the glass has cracked throughout - I called them over 15 times and attended the store on several occasions to get a replacement and NO response- tried calling management and they are always in meetings???
