I purchased a Dyson V15 from the Mirdiffa branch and paid for it. Later, they informed me that the stock was available at the MOE branch and asked me to pick it up there. However, when I arrived at the MOE branch and presented my invoice, the sales executives were discussing that they couldn't give me the piece as it was the last one and had already been sold to another customer. This happened despite my prior assurance. After some frustration and discussion, I eventually received the product after providing my ID. The entire experience at this branch made it seem like I had committed some wrongdoing by purchasing from their store
