Warning. This service denied my refund just one day into my subscription. There were no beginner-friendly exercises, and I ended up injuring myself trying them. This is unsuitable for newcomers. They also bombard you with offers for expanded subscriptions. I feel quite foolish for even trying this. Update: they have now offered me a month of free mental health support, but I’m unsure how to perceive this.
