I purchased a 28 day course hoping it would benefit my health, I have arthritic knees and did not think it would be too hard. Unfortunately this was not the case but I did nothing to further cancel any further subscriptions and unfortunately an amount for a new course was debited from my bank. After contacting Betterme it took all of 1 hour at most to explain by e-mail why I was cancelling and a refund for the amount paid back into my account . Excellent customer service
