I started the BetterMe program and was consistent with it for 11 days. I appreciated the flexibility of it! I could adjust the intensity, play my own music instead of theirs (sometimes it was the same playlist every day they had on) and even take it on vacation. I was definitely starting to notice results. Unfortunately, after 11 days I suffered a traumatic injury and will be unable to continue the program for the next few months as I heal. The customer service team was very understanding and paused my subscription so that I can continue to use it when my body is ready. I look forward to starting back up again

I purchased a 28 day course hoping it…

I purchased a 28 day course hoping it would benefit my health, I have arthritic knees and did not think it would be too hard. Unfortunately this was not the case but I did nothing to further cancel any further subscriptions and unfortunately an amount for a new course was debited from my bank. After contacting Betterme it took all of 1 hour at most to explain by e-mail why I was cancelling and a refund for the amount paid back into my account . Excellent customer service

I’m really enjoying the BetterMe app

I’m really enjoying the BetterMe app! The workouts are simple to follow and perfect for building a consistent routine, especially the Pilates programs.I also ordered the Pilates kit. At first I was worried about the cost because I needed to prioritize other important expenses, but their customer support was very understanding and helped me find a solution that worked for my budget.Great app and excellent customer service. It made me feel valued as a customer and motivated me even more to continue my fitness journey.

Watch this company

Watch this company. They take money out of your bank account without notifying you. They then refused to refund you. I would not recommend this app to anybody. Stay away!!
