I really want to say thank you to the support team at betterme. They have listened & heard what I've had to say. They have exceeded my expectations on resolving any issues I've had by actually caring & going above & beyond to help get me resolution. If I may, I'd like to say thank you to one team member in particular, Bruce. He read my emails & relied in record time & hes personable & does his job well because he actually cares. He made my day today, maybe even my entire year. He's been wonderful & patient with my questions & issues. I want to personally say thank you to him & the whole support team. Everyday they got to work in a underappreciated profession, & I hope I can re-shed some light on that with this review. (I hope they don't tell me this will be removed again).
