I like that its different everyday for every part of the body. At first I wasn't sure if it was even working, but I do feel toner & stronger & my stamina seems to get better with each workout. Thank you 😊.
So the experience is great because it makes me tired and it gives me good exercise and made me understand what the exercise is all about it gives me motivated and what is great about this app it gives you clear instructions as what to do I haven't done anything as yet on this platform but I'm going to start doing the mindfulness and checking the diet area thank you so much better than me it's a great app
This app is a JOKE!! Complete SCAM! Poor functionality, the product you pay for never arrives. The company denies refund despite advertised "30 day guarantee". I've used numerous exercise/fitness apps, this is the absolute worst product, and worst customer service I've experienced. Don't waste your money like I did. Please post this everywhere you can think of, so no more people get robbed!
I am so in love with the better me app! There is so many amazing perks that come with it you can log your food/ calories, it has reminders for water, reminders for your workout so many different workouts you can do and I feel so challenged every day because I look forward to getting my workout done even though it's just 20 minutes a day I have already seen results in one month. I feel like my posture is so much better. Also the customer service has been on point they've either gotten back to me that day maybe the next day or so with any questions or concerns I may have had I'm so happy that I took the chance on the better me app

I like to follow the exercises. I don't need to worry about counting or checking the time. The app does it for me. I can focus on doing my exercises right.
4 days in to being transformed by better me. Love all the advice and support along with meal plans and tracking, even for water intake. Reminders to make sure you stick to plan, you can set everything to your preference. Loads to take in initially but you’ll get there. Enjoy barring to know the new you. ❤️
At first it all worked fine, everything seemed nice and good. After 2 days I checked my bank account, and they charged me the subscription fee twice. Then the next day they also charged me for a subscription I wasn’t even aware off. I emailed them while explaining the situation, they told me to cancel the subscriptions to get my money back, yet it wasn’t even looked at cause I didn’t at least do 7 sessions. I emailed again, and it felt like a bot was replying to me. I’m a student too so this was basically my living that they took. And now they won’t even give it back. Even though they are the ones at fault. They even refused to explain it to me.
