Intial contact with Better Path Lending did not go well. But after speaking with John Markus, he broke it down and was patient with all my questions until it finally sunk in. He reassured me that the creditors will report paid in full, will not lower my credit line limit or close my accounts. Credit score will actually go up.Thats different from all the other debt consolidation programs. And if I was going to get approved for a loan, I would have had to pay the full amount back + interest on the loan.With their repayment program. They pay off the credititors with their agreements and they get the fees out of the deduction in debt. They get 27.5% of the reduction of debt and you get 17% left over. So instead of me paying back $52,254 I only have to pay back $43,686. One monthly payment for 54 months, debt is reported paid in full, credit score goes up not down, credit lines do not get lowered and accounts do no get closed. Credits card companies get paid in full, Better Path Lending makes the $14k in fees over 5 years and I lower my debt amount by $8500 with one monthly payment interest fee without blowing up my credit score and closing all accounts.I would like to see a referal fee program for satisfied customers to share their testimony with their family friends and neighbors that could benefit from their programs. Just a little % or flat rate fee for every referal that converts to a client will help recoup the %27.5 / $14k.Its a win win. You get a free lance pitchman promoting your services to people that they already have relationships with. Their guards are down. A lot more effective than a cold call frim a stranger.I share my testimony with my referals with my pitch and send them to John Markus to close. Let's use me as a test pilot referal program. Or just do it in a case by case basis if you don't want to offer it to everyone.
