Update - 22 Nov 2025I have been contacted by Astral at BetterRoaming, and she has been excellent. My overpayments have now been refunded and her service has been excellent. I cancelled my plan 3 years ago, and they are continuing to bill me.I regularly contact them, and they tell me it's taken care of, and it happens every time.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
