Paid for a plan for my son’s Apple se watch as I didn’t want him to have a phone. There is hardly any coverage. It drops out constantly more off than on. This is actually a safety issue for me if I can’t contact my son when I need to and vice versa. We are in Australia. Surely there are other providers that can provide consistent coverage for us here. It is not a third world country. I have been sent the exact same messages of troubleshooting. It works for a short time then off again. Unbelievably frustrating and a waste of our money. Still awaiting a phone call 2-3 days later!
