I order a blanket and a cover for that blanket. I tried to return the items and it's a nightmare. Nobody answers the email or calls when they understand you want to place a return. I had to threaten legal action in order to have them give me a return address to bring back the product. Not sure if it's even valid as it's for a home address and not a company.... Truly poor customer service. I don't recommend this company at all.
