I order a blanket and a cover for that blanket. I tried to return the items and it's a nightmare. Nobody answers the email or calls when they understand you want to place a return. I had to threaten legal action in order to have them give me a return address to bring back the product. Not sure if it's even valid as it's for a home address and not a company.... Truly poor customer service. I don't recommend this company at all.

Incompetency, denial, and poor management

I purchased a 3-tog, and 2-tog duvet, and 2 of the same 2-tog duvets were sent. Very disappointed, followed up with an email and they denied it, they asked for a picture, which I swiftly replied back with the picture and there's been no response since.

Nothing delivered, no reply to emails

Ordered product on 22nd May. Followed up twice chasing them with emails. No replies at all. Now 3 weeks later and am going to have to get a chargeback on my credit card.
