Initially seemed legitimate, but once they received payment, the service was poor and stressful. They kept making excuses to delay progress and eventually cut off communication. After posting this review, the support team contacted me and reassigned me to a new agent, who has already accomplished more in two days than the previous person did in two months. If things continue this way, I believe the issues will be resolved.
