Initially seemed legitimate, but once they received payment, the service was poor and stressful. They kept making excuses to delay progress and eventually cut off communication. After posting this review, the support team contacted me and reassigned me to a new agent, who has already accomplished more in two days than the previous person did in two months. If things continue this way, I believe the issues will be resolved.
I received unverified information that scared me into spending $12.5k for help with the IRS. Once I started working with them, I realized that the team handling my case lacked knowledge of tax codes. I requested to speak with an expert, only to discover later that I was given incorrect advice. My project manager failed to move my account forward, causing delays right before a deadline. When I received my tax return, I found numerous errors and omissions. The entire experience was filled with missed meetings, a lack of accountability, and what felt like a confusing process. I had to use an AI tool to identify the mistakes in my return. I asked for a transcript of all IRS communications, but nothing was provided. I felt I was not working with a legitimate service and demanded a refund. Their response was dismissive, and they made no effort to resolve my concerns. I will have to pursue legal action and file a complaint to recover my money. I strongly advise against using this service.
