This company is full of delays, they are not easy to reach over the phone, and they aren't organized enough internally to stay on the same page with each other. They send me emails with old status, requests. I feel I got duped. They sold their services with the false impression they would quickly handle my case. Their delays are causing hold up on matters I need to get done that can't happen until after my tax issues are resolved. I am sorely disappointed and have no hope in timing at this point. They are overly booked with clients-dont sign up with them as you will just be a number in a lottery pool.
