Defiantly not worth the trouble. This service provided a free consultation and then asked for $100 for a investigation which lead to an additional $395 payment. I was informed my tax issues would not be a problem to resolve. Considering I only owed approximately $2000 in back taxes and $15000 in frivolous penalties which should be removed due to resubmission on tax documents. I was informed it would not take any longer then 3-4 weeks. After waiting 4 weeks I started emailing and was not getting a response until I filed a complaint with BB. Then they finally responded and said I declined the offer, which I was never made aware of. They got back into contact with me since the website phone number is disconnected. I was getting the run around about the offer. They dragged it on another month and continued to give me vague information. Then I was informed they could not assist me. Although the investigation they performed informed me they would. In the end I did not get any relief but m now facing more problems. they do not have CPA's or tax attorneys like they say they do and they certainly do not know what they are doing.
