I can't say enough good things about this service. I was able to schedule a same day home visit for my 17 year old cat who had a bad ear infection. Dr. Tucker and Sam were kind, professional, caring, and wonderful with my cat, who doesn't like many people, especially strangers who want to handle her. They used various techniques to keep her still and safe in order to perform a full examination and provide appropriate assent and treatment. Their instructions to me were clear and concise. During the course of their examination they found another problem that I was not aware of and addressed it immediately. The day after the visit Sam sent me a an email with a comprehensive summary of all care provided during their visit as well as results of the cytology studies and detailed instructions for home care.
