I ordered quite a few bottles of CoQ10 and I gotta say the ought cancelling the subscription would be fine.

It gave me a side effect I couldn’t tolerate. No shade on the product just not for me.

So I tried to cancel the subscription and ask for my money back as per the guarantee.

The subscription CANNOT be cancelled with the click of a button like 99.99% of subscriptions out there.

First emails sent to company Friday. I have used both care@bettervits and admin@bettervits and sent two follow up emails since. I’m giving them till Friday to respond before sending another email and if no response after another week I will be contacting my credit card company. 2 weeks and 3 -4 emails is ample time to get it together.

Trying to give them benefit of doubt and chance to do the right thing. I’m good at tracking subscriptions and delaying them whilst stuff gets sorted, so good luck to them screwing me out of money. Do the right thing and stand by your word, bettervits.

Impossible to contact them, no response to queries via their web form or email address and they have no telephone number. I ended up raising a dispute with my credit card company and getting them to block any further transactions.

After experiencing sleep issues, I ordered some gummies that were advertised to help, spending £25. Unfortunately, they made no difference to my sleep. To my surprise, I received a notification from my bank about another £25 charge. The company has offered a full refund if I return the order, which is a positive note.
