I purchased a product that wasn't suitable for me and attempted to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a cancellation option on the website, so I emailed them. However, I was charged £30 for the same product this morning. I've reached out again, but the website seems to block any cancellation requests. Proceed with caution, and definitely avoid subscriptions. I might have to cancel my debit card to prevent further charges. Very frustrating experience.
