I have a bottle of collagen which I wish to return for a refund. I have sent 3 messages (2 emails, and 1 message via their online form). As yet no reply. They promise to get back to you within 24 hrs - clearly this is not the case and there is no phone number for direct contact. Why am I waiting so long, this is not what I expected and, considering the cost, I am not happy at all.
