I received an email at 12:24 AM informing me that my October order was ready to ship, even though it was already November, and I was instructed to log in for changes. At 1:11 AM, I logged in and canceled both the order and my subscription. I also emailed customer service about this. By 6:30 AM, I got another email stating my order had shipped. Customer support responded saying it was too late to make changes and advised a return, assuring me the processing fee would be waived. However, I later discovered I had to pay $9.75 to ship it back, despite providing evidence of the timestamps and emails. They refunded me $31.42 instead of the $36.37, deducting the processing fee. I ended up paying $14.70 due to their mistakes. I also mentioned their promise to waive the fee, but I'm still waiting for a response. Additionally, the product had no effect on my dog's licking.
