I’ve been trying to contact this company since October 2025. My wife ordered this product. She passed away suddenly on September 12, 2025. Since that time I have called the number (855-512-9453) at least 30 times. There is never an answer. These charges are on my wife’s credit card account. I am ready to stop payment at my bank if no one contacts me.
Update: I’m happy to say that the company responded within their 48 hour response pledge. They asked for additional info so they could make things right.i am truly impressed by their efforts. Hope they follow thru, but they have definitely changed my opinion of their company. Thank you for your kind efforts. God Bless!
I had an issue with my subscription and their CS helped me with my concern. I think her name was Maria and she was very attentive and efficient! Now, I have 2 packs of chews subscription instead of 3 packs and my dog is pretty happy with the chews! Planning to order more!
We have attempted multiple times to cancel the subscription both online and through email, only to be directed back to the website for cancellation. After discussing this with several veterinary clients, they recommended avoiding this company. We've seen no results, and canceling seems nearly impossible. It's absurd.
I purchased some allergy chews for my puppy sister after suspecting she had allergies. She really enjoyed the chews, and she noticeably improved after a few weeks. Additionally, when I had some questions about the ingredients and dosage, the support team was quick and helpful in their response, which I truly appreciated!

At 1:11 am, I logged in and cancelled both my order and subscription. I also informed customer service via email. However, by 6:30 am, I received an email confirming that my order had shipped. Customer support then replied that it was too late to make any changes and advised me to return the item, assuring me there would be no processing fee. Unbeknownst to me, I was charged $9.75 for return shipping. I provided timestamps and email evidence, but they refused to cover my shipping costs, despite it not being my fault. They gave me an extremely short window to adjust my order, contradicting their earlier claims about notifications before refills. Ultimately, they refunded me $31.42 instead of $36.37, as they deducted the processing fee from my refund. I ended up paying $14.70 due to their mistakes. I've also shared their email stating the fee would be waived, but I'm still waiting for a response. Additionally, the product was ineffective for my dog's licking issue.

The allergy product was highly effective for my wiry terrier, who suffered from skin allergies and constant itching. He weighed around 88 pounds, and I administered two every morning, which even helped with his grass allergies in the summer. When he passed on 11.21.25, the support team was incredibly helpful in processing the return and showed great sympathy. These pets are like family to me, and I'm very grateful!
My dog did not like these products at all. I canceled the autopay, and initially, I received a refund, but the next month another shipment arrived despite my cancellation. When I reached out, they claimed I hadn’t canceled and now I was responsible for shipping and a restocking fee, even though I had done nothing wrong. The customer service was absolutely the worst! I strongly advise against purchasing this product!
This company is very disappointing! I have emailed them multiple times to cancel my subscription, but they ignore my requests every month and continue to charge me. I don't want the product, and it has not worked for me. I've asked to cancel my subscription four times, yet no one ever responds. I cannot trust this company at all!
I bought two bottles, but my dog threw up every time I gave them to her. It didn’t help my other dogs either. I emailed the company asking to cancel my subscription after giving it a fair 30 days to work. I received no response. I tried contacting them through chat, requesting to stop future shipments and asking for a refund. They promised a refund once I canceled, but after I did, the representative said she couldn’t help me. Now I can't reopen my case with my payment service. I do not recommend this product for your pets.
