My dog did not like these products at all. I canceled the autopay, and initially, I received a refund, but the next month another shipment arrived despite my cancellation. When I reached out, they claimed I hadn’t canceled and now I was responsible for shipping and a restocking fee, even though I had done nothing wrong. The customer service was absolutely the worst! I strongly advise against purchasing this product!
