After a month of use, I saw no significant changes, so I decided to give it some more time. When I checked on my second order, it was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I contacted customer service and received basic suggestions, which I had already tried. After waiting, I followed up, only to be told to resolve the issue with the shipping company directly. I felt abandoned by customer service. If I don't get this resolved, I will be out $38. I decided to cancel my subscription, as the lack of support is unacceptable. I had to go to my payment service for a refund, which is not how customers should be treated.
