I received a notification at 12:24 am about my order being prepared for shipment, despite it being November already, and I was instructed to log in for any changes. At 1:11 am, I logged in and cancelled both my order and subscription. I also informed customer service via email. However, by 6:30 am, I received an email confirming that my order had shipped. Customer support then replied that it was too late to make any changes and advised me to return the item, assuring me there would be no processing fee. Unbeknownst to me, I was charged $9.75 for return shipping. I provided timestamps and email evidence, but they refused to cover my shipping costs, despite it not being my fault. They gave me an extremely short window to adjust my order, contradicting their earlier claims about notifications before refills. Ultimately, they refunded me $31.42 instead of $36.37, as they deducted the processing fee from my refund. I ended up paying $14.70 due to their mistakes. I've also shared their email stating the fee would be waived, but I'm still waiting for a response. Additionally, the product was ineffective for my dog's licking issue.
