My daughter ordered a gift card to use the cafe but unfortunately sent me the gift card for online only. She contacted Bettys within a couple of hours of buying but they would not refund or change to one to use the cafe. I ordered an afternoon tea box and found the scones had quite a nice flavour but needed to heated up to make them edible.
