I am a customer in Canada, and I have a bet that has been under review since April.As of today, the bet is still not settled.I contacted Betway support multiple times, but all I receive are automated, generic replies. No clear explanation is provided, no timeframe is given, and no real action seems to be taken.Waiting several months for a bet to be settled is completely unacceptable for a licensed betting operator in Canada. Holding customer funds for this long without transparency seriously damages trust.This has been a very frustrating experience, and based on this situation, I cannot recommend Betway to Canadian customers.
